    The lease will be from August 1, 2023 to April 26, 2024 with the possibility of renewal.
    This is a 2 bedroom apartment with a bathroom each, a kitchen and a living room. In each room there are two students so there are two beds. So in all there will be 4 women in the apartment. I have a bed available preferably for a student of the University of Ottawa. ROOM SHARED WITH ANOTHER STUDENT, EACH HAS HER BED (as in the pictures).

    There is availability to sublet one of the rooms for May to August, or the option to sign a lease for either room from August 1st 2023 to July 31st, 2024.

    I am looking to sublet my room in a house shared with 3 other Muslim roommates starting April/May 2023 – July 2023 with the possibility to renew the lease.

    The house is located on Station Boulevard, around a 7-8 mins walk from RGN, and 15 mins walk to Ottawa Hospital General campus, Hurdman station, and Trainyards (Walmart, Farmboy, Dollarama, Bulk Barn, etc). 5 mins walk to multiple bus stops, and around 20 mins commute to the main campus. You can easily take the shuttle from RGN to the main campus. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, there is a park and trail near the house. The neighbors are really nice as well (they often shovel our driveway when we are busy ).

    The room is very spacious with lots of natural lighting. It’s fully furnished with a private washroom. There is laundry on site (free of charge). The living room comes with a big TV ( chrome cast included). The kitchen is also fully equipped, dishwasher included.

    The price for the room is $780. Utilities are included.

    One of the roommates is a Ph.D. student (BMI) at RGN, one is a working professional and the other one is a software engineering undergraduate student at uOttawa. All three of them are super friendly, very clean, and respectful. We often have movie nights and do other fun activities together! Love to try new places together, big foodies lol.
